Charlene Cesena

In 2008, Charlene Cesena joined L.F. Hodge & Associates, Inc. on a part-time basis, to assist us during our busy tax season.  We have been very fortunate to have her return every year since, and in 2014, we were pleased to have Charlene join our team as the firm’s Administrative Specialist.

Charlene provides administrative support in all areas of the firm.  She assists in the processing of individual, business and fiduciary income tax returns; helps with accounts payable and receivable, client billing, financial statements and other various items, as necessary.  Charlene also assists in scheduling and coordinating meetings; monitors inventory of office supplies and makes purchases as needed; prepares and edits outgoing correspondence, reports, presentations and special projects.  She is responsible for the implementation, structuring and on-going maintenance of the firm’s document management system.

Charlene is an incredible problem solver who does what it takes to get the job done, and always with a great attitude.  She plays a key role in the firm's day-to-day operations.
